First of all, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company - TTC IZ, I would like to send to investors, customers and all employees best wishes for health and respectful greetings.
After 11 years of formation and development since September 10, 2008, TTC IZ has overcome a long journey with many difficulties and challenges, from the first days of construction to later stages of development, TTC IZ always strives to constantly bring operational efficiency and value to investors and customers. The upcoming year 2020 is the year when Vietnam's economy continues to be predicted to grow slowly due to the impact of the trade war. In addition, the 4.0 industrial revolution will continue to have a strong impact, constantly creating many major changes in many fields of production and business, greatly affecting the ability of each business to survive and develop in the economy. Vietnam's economy is integrating deeply with the region and the world and will face many challenges but also open up many opportunities. In that context, TTC IZ is constantly building and innovating strategic plans for each year and each period of the year with the vision of becoming a leading company attracting investment in the industrial real estate sector in Tay Ninh in particular and the Southeast region in general.
